If Kidz Safe Ride sounds like the service you’ve been looking for:
• Download both the Registration Application and Policies and Procedures
• Complete, sign and print both forms.
• Fax the completed forms to 410-549-6467, or scan and send to mona@kidzsaferide.com.
• If all is good to go, we will get in touch with you soon after we receive them to schedule a get-acquainted meeting, at which we will answer any remaining questions as we get to know you and your child.
• Before we process your application, you must pay the annual non-refundable registration fee of $50 (one child) or $75 (2+ children).
