Our regular business hours are 7 AM through 6 PM Monday through Friday (please note that activities outside of our regular business hours are subject to a nominal surcharge.)

Kidz Safe Ride is a safe, reliable and affordable transportation service for kids aged 5-15. Our #1 priority is children and their safety. This is not currently an on-demand service, but a service for regular daily, weekly and bi-monthly rides. All riders must be pre-registered; therefore parents must register the riders ahead of time.

Getting Started
. If Kidz Safe Ride sounds like the service you’ve been looking for:
• Please go to our Registration page , download, complete and print the Registration Form and Policy Packet.
• Fax the completed form to 410-549-6467, or scan and send to mona@kidzsaferide.com. We’ll get in touch with you soon after we receive it to schedule a get-acquainted meeting.
• At that time, we’ll answer any remaining questions as we get to know you and your child.
• If all’s good to go, we’ll go over and ask you to sign our Child Transportation Agreement and pay the $50 nonrefundable annual membership fee.

Children must be ready at their scheduled pickup time. The driver may wait up to 5 minutes after the scheduled time. After that time, your child is a no-show and a $15 fee will be applied to your account. We cannot delay subsequent riders to their destinations. Please remind your child that Kids Safe Ride is coming to pick them up that day.

Routes are made according to seats reserved and must be prearranged. Occasional schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and are at the discretion of Kidz Safe Ride. Fare adjustments may be necessary due to extra mileage. Emergency schedule changes, also at the discretion of Kidz Safe Ride, are also subject to a $15 fee in addition to the fare. Two such occasional/emergency schedule changes per month per family are allowed. Permanent schedule changes will require a new service agreement and the approval of Kidz Safe Ride.

Yes, we would be happy to help out for registered families. However, any last minute reservations are subject to availability of resources and additional fees.

In the event of a non-life threatening emergency, we may be able to pick up your child and take him/her to the destination of your choice (subject to availability of resources). Additional fees may apply.

Based on the destinations, routes are be mapped by our operations team to provide a short travel time. Temporary changes to a route may be made based on traffic conditions or other special circumstances, if needed. Our goal is to transport your kids in a safe and reliable manner.

Yes, please inform the school that we have authorization to pick-up your child.

Children will be able to chat, make new friends. Take a book or listen to music. They can talk on their phone quietly, but they may not bother other riders and obey the orders of the driver.
