Kidz Safe Ride is a family owned and operated business founded by busy parents, Jay and Mona Freedman. Our business was formed to help parents find an alternative solution for their transportation needs. As parents, we were often faced with scheduling conflicts and transportation dilemmas for our children. The driver is the owner Mona Freedman, a Registered Nurse and mom of twins girls.

Being parents ourselves, we know how precious your children are to you and will do everything in our power to insure every ride with Kidz Safe Ride is a safe ride.

Kids’ Safe Ride, is a family owned and operated business founded by Mona and Jay Freedman. We are headquartered in Sykesville and provide transportation service for children only throughout the Eldersburg. Sykesville area. We understand that your children are your most precious cargo and we are committed to providing the safest and most efficient transportation for your children.

All of our drivers must:

Must have a personal background check by the the State of Maryland.
Must have a regular physical exam
Must attend (mandatory) regular safety classes
Must pass random drug test screenings

All of our vehicles:

Undergo daily safety checks
Have scheduled mechanical inspections per year
Have fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and numerous other pieces of safety equipment.

Safety – We take the trust you have instilled in us very seriously and treat your childrens’ safety as if they were our own. Our policies and procedures are in place for our parents, children and all employees or subcontractors of Kidz Safe Ride and are strictly enforced. All of our drivers have been thoroughly screened and have the proper license and insurance to operate our vehicles. Safety comes first! We ensure that all of our vehicles are frequently checked for maintenance so they stay in good condition and repair.

Dependability– We anticipate and prepare for all of our children’s’ transportation routes to ensure that all of the children arrive at their destination safe, sound and on time!

Affordability– Times are tough! Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality of transportation services for less. We will work with you individually to make sure all of your child’s transportation needs are met.
